 Novell Administrator
Job Duties:
- Candidate required to support a 24x7 LAN and associated applications.
- Candidate will troubleshoot, upgrade, existing operational environment consisting of workstations running Windows NT 4.0, XP, associated file and print servers running Windows 2000, Novell 4.x/5.x and Enterprise Messaging software consisting of ccMail and Lotus Notes mailhubs and gateways.
- Current networking infrastructure consists of Cisco routers, DSU/CSU's, bridges, switches, gateways and protocol converters.
- Peripheral devices consist of PDA's, Blackberry hand held devices and printers.
- Disaster Recovery software utilized is Veritas Backup Exec.
Skills:
KEY REQUIREMENT: Novell 4.x/5.x experience (2 yrs Novel used 2004 or sooner. If currently using 1-2 years experience works. If not used in 2005, but have used in 2004, need 2-3 years experience, must be BI clearable which means no credit delinquencies, no criminal record)

Job Duties:
Lead a team of 15 Microsoft WAN/LAN Engineers in the maintenance and migration (to MS Server 2003) of large national network. - Strong SharePoint development skills to analyze, design, develop, integrate, install, implement and support Microsoft centered custom applications.

 Federal Enterprise Architect
1 for Business Arch Team Lead, 1 for EA Governance Security Clearance:
Candidates must be able to pass and maintain a CBP Security Clearance. Clearance will be processed by the customer.
Job Duties:
- Provide support to CBP's Enterprise Architecture Program Management Office and assist CBP in developing, maintaining, and implementing the EA Program Plan, EA Strategic Plan and Governance.
- Support DHS, FEA, OMB and GAO liaison activities as well as liaison activities internally within the CBP organization. Provide support in Stakeholder and Use Management and assist in usage analysis. Provide support in posturing CBP for future knowledge management initiatives by providing an architecturally compete strategic intent to-implementation environment. Provide support in developing principles for continued guidance of the architecture, goals, and objectives as well as ensure the mission and IT architectures support CBP goals and objectives.
- Provide support in coordinating all DHS planning, architecture and technology guidance and integration within CBP's Technology and Architecture Group (TAG), in informing CBP personnel of the EA planning and Policy and related issues.
- Provide supporting briefing and marketing the CBNP architecture, methodology, and technology within DHS and to other federal agencies, organizations, and industries.
- Assist in developing TAG's input to the OIT Strategic Plan and OIT input to the CBP Strategic Plan and ensure system integration and interoperability within CBP, DHS and at the Federal level.
Minimum Requirements:
8 years of related experience, including 4 years experience with Enterprise Architecture.
Preferred Requirements:
(optional) CBP Clearance, prior CBP or DHS experience, Enterprise Architecture experience. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
